Abstract
|
|
|
A 71-year-old man presented due to chronic epigastric pain.
A computed tomography scan of the abdomen showed a lobulated multilocular cystic lesion in the pancreatic head. Considering the patient’s age and imaging findings, pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed. Pathological examination revealed an intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm with high-grade dysplasia.
